The Bluebell Porthmadog

The Bluebell was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable, and cosy. Great layout for a grown up family. Well equipped and accessible straight onto the High Street. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

We had 2 cars and there was only one parking space but we were able to park on the service road but not a problem.

Could have been more comfortable with another arm chair.. party of 6 and sofas small. Also, a pair of scissors would be useful!!

Bluebell was an excellent apartment to stay as a centre to explore porthmadog and North Wales. The property is near the Highland train station and the port. It's right above the ice-cream shop (and owned by them) and couple of doors from reasonably priced pub Australia. It has an car park at the back reserved for the residence. Entry to the property is both on the high street and the back which was convenient. Instruction to get the key from key safe was clear and easy. Property itself was clean, spacious and equipped with fridge & freezer which was helpful. Lounge was big enough for 5 of us to sit in play card games in the evening but 2 of us were children - I suspect it'll be a bit cosy for 5 adults. Bed was comfortable and plenty of sockets as well as some space to hung the clothes. Shower was hot and powerful, perfectly good after a long day of hiking

Not much bad about the place. Due to the location, street noises were inevitable but this can't be helped. One of the room didn't have a fan and it did get a bit stuffy on a warm day - granted we may not get that many hot days in this part of the world but a fan in every room would have been nice!

Nothing we didn't like. Would prefer 2 car spaces. We did find spaces nearby.
