Great welcome and apartment was fantastic

The apartment is cosy, very comfortable and perfect for a short getaway. We stayed with my adult son and our two grandsons (4 and 6), and they loved the apartment. A very short walk from the seafront, and with an excellent cafe for breakfast (Fresco) and a very good pub/restaurant (The Florence Arms), just a short walk away.

Nothing really. It's quite difficult to park outside the property, but I found spaces easily in the next street on both days.

Spotlessly clean property with interesting, attractive decor. Thoughtful and useful touches included to enhance the guest’s stay. Good location, once parked it is simple to walk to the beach and around the area. Good communication and friendly host.

The bathroom has no window or extractor fan which is against UK property law 😔 We had to leave the windows open for through ventilation but this allowed the cannabis stanch from the users in surrounding flats to enter the apartment. The beds are not very comfortable and could use replacing. The shower is not great. The neighbours were noisy in the late evening/night. As others have said nearby parking is not easy to find.

Nice touch with fresh flowers in the living room and coffee, chocolate in the kitchen and books/toys in hallway. Ideally place for family with kids.

Get there early to get a good spot to park. The front view of the building is self is not too appealing as well as heading towards the apartment but ones you come inside the Ann’s apartment is excellent.

The problem with car parking it was not easy to find a space. Also the shower mixer was not good, they should replace it
