Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Comfortable lounge area. Ideal location for exploring the east Portsmouth area.

Needed better lighting in the bathroom for shaving.

Great location private parking. 2 bedrooms. Dog friendly.

We have stayed before and it has been fine. However, this time, the duvet was very thin. The quilt cover had blood on it, and the sheet was also unclean. Overall, the bathroom generally felt dirty. The owner said he had a stand in cleaner. She came over and cleaned the brown splashes off the toilet bowl. Later, he offered to send her again to change the bedding, but it was too late at night for us.
