Perfect location for visiting family. Spacious, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet residential location a few minutes away from the motorway. We will come again.

The key safe was a bit fiddly

Location, convenience and facilities.

Bathroom needs a good clean / maintenance as looks tired. Woodwork needs touch up, glass needs cleaning and grout / mastic needs attention.

Lovely well equipped flat in quiet location. Host provided good instructions for keys, parking etc. Really good price for sharing and comfy beds.

Bathroom finish needs updating....few mouldy bits of grouting etc Curtains in bedrooms are a bit too thin, let in quite a lot of light so whilst bed was really comfortable I didn't sleep very well.

Private parking space close to door, great to have towels, cleaning items and soaps, beds very comfy.

Although ‘main surface clean’, there were cobwebs, very dusty skirting boards, and other obvious signs of not having a more thorough clean for some time (dust and bits at edges of flooring and grubby doors needing a good abrasive wipe down).

The proximity to everything in Portsmouth.

property did not meet cleanliness standards, the kitchen table was sticky and covered in food bits, there was a used pregnancy test in one of the kitchen cupboard, and hairs of pets and humans in the beds, which were slept in before and not changed. Host provided clean bedsheets for the second night after complaining

The set up was very child friendly and comfortable and the communication with the host was brilliant. The stay exceeded our expectations. Our plans were foiled by the weather however, it worked absolutely perfect because the apartment was so nice and welcoming. It felt like home away from home, rather than a apartment we have rented. Excellent decor, loved the file with all the takeaway menus and cherry on the cake was the guitar, which our children loved, so much so, we haven been forced to buy one. :-)

Not so much not like, just an observation, there was quite a lot of dust in the bedrooms, in the corners.
