Everything was very clean and Eleni was really kind, we are highly recommended this établissement. We can ear the waves from the terrace ! Hope we can come back next summer !

Location is great. 2min by walk to really Nice beach (you cannot beat that even in Winter - perfect to start the day with swim). They have actual heating - radiators. Which is quite rear in this parts but really adds on the comfort. The owner gave us plenty oranges, ect....

We were Party of 5 adults + baby. Renting 2 appartments. So i would Guess this is issue only in Winter and in this case:) Dinning room is small. It cannot fit 5 adults eating dinner. (Outside tabel is great and only time i used jacket:)) However, it does fit playing cards once it gets to cold outside.

Bins were emptied daily and sheets were changed every 4 days. The whole place was kept very clean. Always answered any questions and extremely helpful.

The small shower but really, nothing was bad.

Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the beach. The staff is very friendly and understanding. The room was clean.
