Property said it was non smoking, when we arrived there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the property. We had our 8 week old baby with us. The apartment wasn’t very clean and the carpets were filthy. The curtains in both bedrooms broke. The location was very close to amenities, however very noisy at night due to the Main Street of night clubs being just around the corner.

"The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed and is close to all amenities."

The parking was abit tricky, we have an SUV so couldn't squeeze between the houses to get round the back and not alot of room to swing round on the front and is easy to get blocked in if a neighbour parks behind you. Had to park in a nearby car park.

"5 night Stay in Southsea."

Location is excellent 👌 Instructions were clear and accurate. Beds were comfortable.

The main Front door needs an inside Handle. The door sticks and is hard to open using the latch lock. Both the main Bedroom and Lounge curtains need addressing. They hang off and are difficult to close. The occupants of the flat above smoke at the main entrance and our apartment smelt of smoke. Carpet needs replacing in the lounge. It is dirty and has a lot of cigarette burns. There is a no smoking policy? There needs to be another mirror in the second bedroom. The Freezer compartment needs defrosting. Second bedroom sheet was soiled.

Amazing location! Well kitted out apartment.

The person who owns the property and the person answering on the app don’t communicate with each other. We were told there were parking permits in the property for parking but there wasn’t. We had to call several times to find the parking described on the phone. I messaged and asked about check out time, she said she would get back to me and never did. The property was extremely unclean and everything seemed to be broken. There was cereal on the floor, shampoo and someone else’s hair still up the walls in the bathroom, curtains hanging off, a heavily stained carpet, dirty pillow cases. As soon as you walk in the door it stinks of smoke despite being a non smoking property. On arrival there was a old sofa outside the door.
