The apartment is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and located in a quiet area, which is exactly what we look for in a property. Free wifi and a television makes it a home from home. We were very happy with it. It is a 5 minute drive to the clean sandy beaches of Roker and Seaburn, and there's a long, wide promenade which is ideal for walking. Everything was spotlessly clean in the apartment, and we had everything we needed if we wanted to self cater. The host's father, Kevin, was close at hand if we had any problems. Hybrid car added bonus - We enquired about the cost of charging our hybrid car and were told we could use it free of charge, and that the owner would be very happy for us to use it - which we did.

Clean, nice, amazing place. We are feeling safe here and we have everything what we need. Beautiful and area, close to the Beach and any shops. Thank You very much.

Overall it's was great it was my second time staying there. If I ever needed some where in Sunderland to stay I'd recommend here

Location was ideal for our needs. Apartment was perfect size wise and the facilities provided were excellent.

There is not a huge amount of parking available, although this did not cause a problem for us during our stay.
