Apartment Ellis

Posizione comodissima all’entrata del parco Kamenjak ed ai principali servizi di Premantura. L’appartamento è molto bello e dotato dei comfort essenziali.

Az apartman teljesen jól felszerelt, nagyon jó helyen van, könnyen megközelíthető minden, a központi rész kb 8 perc kényelmes séta. A kamenjak nemzeti park bejárata szintén nagyon közel, kb. 3 perc. Nagyon jó, szép strandok találhatók itt. Földszinti apartman, a terasz nagy, előtte tudtunk parkolni az autóval. Jó elrendezésű, szuper kis apartman, nekünk nagyon tetszett. A felső apartmanból a gyerekek gyakran áthallatszottak, de ez összességében nem igazán volt zavaró.

I have to praise the apartment's location, which is perfect: close to the gate of Kamenjak, close to the shop, and even to the center, but still in the quiet part of Premantura. There is no problem with parking the car, even a big car can be parked easily. The apartment is pretty spacious and provides a big flat TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, and washing machine. The kitchen equipment is sufficient.

1.The apartment is not fully functional because of the missing storage space. 70% of shelves and drawers are filled with the landlord’s stuff. The same goes with the kitchen which is full of cutlery and plates, but there is no empty shelf for your own things, e.g. the food. There are no hooks for clothes, neither by the door or in the rooms 2.The kitchen is not equipped with a toaster, despite it is listed in the description. Furthermore, there was a problem with an electric kettle. It looked like the absolutely cheapest thing in the market. We were afraid to pick it because it seemed like it could break in the user’s hands. But the true problem was that it leaked while boiling – hot water gathered on the base of the kettle very close to the electric plug and then flowed down. 3.There is no wi-fi. Yes, this information is given in the description of the apartment, so w don’t blame the host for any misleading actions. But to be sincere in the 21st century one may take for granted that there is a wi-fi connection. 4.Another issue is the ability to communicate with a host. He does not speak English. In my opinion if somebody wants to work with international tourists they must have at least basic command of English. 5.Despite the fact that the host was informed in advance what time we would be on the spot and we also let them know from the road to give the exact time, we had to wait over half an hour in front of the apartment before they came. 6.There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom – it is ventilated only through the small window and this one is not facing outside, but the building staircase, which is not effective. Additionally, it lets mosquitos get to the apartment. Since the apartment is in the basement, the window in the bedroom faces …. undercarriage of a car parked at the parking of the next building, which is higher. 7.There is air conditioning accessible for ‘just’ 5 euro per day but it is located only in the living room and it seems inefficient
