It is a nice, updated and spacious private area. The pictures are just as the property appears.

The poor lack of communication days before arriving and once arriving were not the best. We were told owner would be there for any help or questions but ended up he was out of the country with no service to communicate when needing help to get codes for the doors to get in as well as make payment the day before after being told we would receive that link 7 days in advance. Had to make multiple calls to Booking.com customer service to have them reach out to the owner. Definitely recommend communicating with the owner through booking.com so you have proof of issues if happening. Also was told to park on the street where it was “free and safe public parking” NOT TRUE! The second night received a parking ticket for being parked where there are ZERO “no parking” or “permit needed” signs are located. Apparently in the City of Providence you must have a permit to park certain hours over night. Once owner was notified of this situation through booking.com since he was still unavailable by phone he then proceeded to have his assistant contact me to say “we can park in one of the left two parking spots behind the house” Not sure why we were not told this to start with. It would of been nice to know. Assistant asked for a copy of the ticket to take care of it but yet to hear from him or the property owner 5 days later. Just be cautious with parking and push to get all needed information in advance before arriving.

The condo stay was very tastefully styled and up to date. It was very clean, felt safe and extremely cozy. Everything that could have been needed for a few days stay in this condo was there and then some. I appreciated having my own separate space and entrance from the rest of the house. I also enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer. The smart door locks were also a convenient feature to the space. I also.appreciated the amenities like the free wifi and wifi printer 🖨 I thought that was a nice touch in case anyone had important business to tend to. Everything was very clean. The bed was super comfortable I also like the Calvin Klein area rug in the bedroom. It was definitely a nice space to stay in overall. Not to mention the space itself wasn't too far from the attractions in say Newport just a 50min drive away.

Even though I did like the smart door locks they were still in the back of my mind a tad creepy because I didn't know if anyone else had a code for the smart lock that could potentially grant them access to the space. Also being that this was an apartment/condo set up a peep hole would've been appreciated in both the door to the space and the door to the driveway, just for safety. It was also hard to look outside through some of the windows. I think it was the window in the living space facing the back parking lot that was a little hard to look through, particularly at night.

Host was in frequent email contact in case I needed anything. Apt had everything one could need. Very clean. True to photos.
