Estaba todo bastante sucio Todo huele muy mal (y no es por el agua caliente que tiene un olor diferente en toda la isla) es falta de ventilación y cañerías mal Estaba sucio No se corresponde con las imágenes ni con la dirección de booking (si bien, el dueño tiene varios pisos, puede ser que los otros estén mejor) Sofá y cojines que piden una limpieza en profundidad urgente Menaje de cocina estropeado

The apartment offered an exceptional location near Reykjavik’s old harbour, with a quiet neighborhood and everything within a short walk. It was impressively well‑equipped, and the host, Sjonni, provided outstanding communication, support, and thoughtful touches—including welcome gifts—that made the stay especially memorable. Thanks to this experience, we know that if we ever return to Iceland, or location will be Vesturgata 54 :-)

No shower gel, one bathroom drain very smelly, very warm at night

La casa è ben arredata, accogliente e fornita di tutto, non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica, bakery a 30” a piedi, a 3 min c’è un supermercato, di fronte c’è il porto da dove partono le navi per l’avvistamento delle balene/puffin e si trova inoltre a meno di una decina di camminata dal centro. Il proprietario è disponibile e gentile.

Un leggero odore di fogna/zolfo proveniva dai bagni, ma nulla di esagerato.

Brilliant location for exploring Reykjavik and beyond, Sjonni was a superb host with great communication and provided perfect instructions for our arrival. The apartment was immaculately presented, the sofa bed was extremely comfortable with a thick mattress, the parking space an added bonus, and there was a nice touch with a little welcome gift from the host.

Appartamento comodo e ben arredato in una zona tranquilla. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Die Wohnung war mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Lage ist top. Der persönliche Brief und ein Gastgeschenk (Fotobuch über Island) waren sehr wertschätzend.

Great location, very close to main spots. Quiet place. Clean. Dish washer.

The bed was terrible. Weirdly soft and very small for two people. Pillows are super uncomfortable as well. Ikea bed/pillows are better than this.

Very central, but quiet. Nice sized flat with a big kitchen, was very convenient because we cooked a lot ourselves. The landlord was very responsive in case of questions and very welcoming.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean and also very small.
