The bed was super comfortable. Free parking is available in the streets, which is a plus, as it is not located in the city center (you can't park in the city center for free anymore). Easy access to the city center by car. Super quiet neighbourhood, it is a ground floor but actually literally nobody was in the streets and there is a curtain to allow light to get in but nobody can see you from outside. The kitchen has a vitroceramic, coffee maker Nexpresso (with some capsules), a microwave with grill and a dishwasher (with dishwasher tablets). Heating system was working properly, it was always warm. The access is super easy, the appartment is new and comfy, and the owner is kind, we really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money, highly recommended

If you come in winter, it is strongly recommended to get a rental car, otherwise the access to the center could be challenging or expensive if you take a taxi

Duvet cover kept coming away from the duvet due to having no buttons on the end of the duvet cover

It was cold inside the apartment and tv and wifi did not work and we tried to ask for help but no one came and the anwser we got is that they were not working on weekend. I am Icelandic and used to cold weather but in this apartment we sleept in our clothes the first night and then we sleept in another house. We were gonna use the apartment during the day but the internet did not work and also tv did not work. We sent the owner pictures and videos and asked for help few times but no one came. We tried to call internet company but was told they could not help cause we do not own it. So it was terrible. Only sleept one night and rest was like this. They make us pay full price even tho we tried many times to ask them to help us. I also took pictures of how dirty it was and also videos. But the cold and no tv and no internet was the worst. Also very strange that they did not come and help.. and make us pay full price.. pictures show that heat was turned up and also we tried to get help for internet and also I wish I would have taken more clear pictures of how dirty it was.. this ruind part of our trip to Reykjavík and did cost us extra money We asked booking for help and they sent the owners email but in the end the owners just stopped anwsering and just took our money..

Great location and I really loved the feeling of privacy - seperate entry and no troubles. I also liked how easy it was to get a Hopp bike (electric scooters) that I tried for the first time. They are all around in the area and I recommend using them. I also rented an elecric car from Hopp. It was located in the next street and is cheaper than using a taxi. Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment.

It was difficult to cool down the apartment - would have been nice to have a fan or something like that. And an armchair would be great too. But still, there is nothing to complain about!

Free parking space in front of the apartment is very limited, pretty much always occupied. The neighborhood has a lot of ongoing construction work. There is a larger parking space further away but you will need to walk a bit.
