Center apartments - Hekla

Nice and cozy studio apartment, very well equiped, clean, bathroom very comfortable, enough space for personal things and for family with 2 children (10,16). Quiet area, good location near market (netto/bonus) aprox 5 min walking. Easy access, free parking in front of building. Super host, with fast reply- thank you Thorgeir :-) We stayed for 3 nights, did not only used sapcious terrace due cold weather.

Low floor

Lovely apartment, warm and cozy with good facilities and a supermarket round the corner. Nice to have a large terrace area..

Would have liked to been abit closer to the centre (20/25min walk or 10mins in the car) so we didn't have to drive around so much but that just personal preference

The apartment was big, well equiped, spacious and clean. The host Thorgeir was excellent, he always answered any questions really quickly and also forwarded on to us something we had left in the apartment which was much appreciated.

Got to the apartments at 1.30 am after a 24 hr. Flight The entrance code was sent to us by email didn't work We called booking and for about 20 min you couldn't connect the owner. so we could not get in for more then an hour Eventually at 2.30Am someone got out of the front door so we could get in, after an hour waiting outside.

Clean and modern. Parking was easy. Great restaurant right across the street.

Couldn’t find the laundry room. Shower dips into the floor, so just be careful.
