Location and easy walking for dogs

Sound of military / artillery exercises from across Moray Firth . Could not use dishwasher (leaking), reported but could not be fixed before departure.

amazing location, views across the moray firth, really warm and comfortable cottage. Very quiet, not much light pollution, so evening skies were brilliant. Was at work all day, so didn't use much in the cottage, but seemed to be well stocked with equipment, plenty of walking could be done in the area. hosts were very friendly, came and said hello when I got there, encouraged me to knock on their door if I needed anything, or had a problem (I didn't). this trip was booked by work, but I would happily spend my money on revisiting

Quiet location with good views

This is a group of cottages on the Black Isle north of Inverness. It has a magnificent view over the Moray Firth, and reading the visitors book, dolphins are regularly seen. It's a rural , quiet location. Very relaxing. Once there it's difficult to leave.

It's not the easiest place to find. The gps takes you to the general vicinity, but the neighbours are friendly and provide guidance.

The location was excellent with a beautiful view. The cottage was very comfortable and had excellent kitchen facilities.

Great secluded and quiet property, while still being easy to access. Fantastic views and walks nearby. Hosts are lovely and helpful. Helped make a difficult time much better. Ended up being a solo traveller with a dog as my wife ended up in hospital. Accomodation having kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room externally accessed. Very private. Lots to see and do nearby (for our next visit!). Dolphins. Thank you so much Tim.

The cottage was nice, quite new and updated, well equipped. Clean sheets and towels. Nice See view but from OUTSIDE the facility. No dolphins in 5 days :). It is a shame that the property doesn't have any proper window looking the beautiful sea views considering the Scottish weather. The park outside is very nice and well maintained. The owner was nice and lives onsite which is a pro if you ever need anything.

It was farther than expected up on the hill, definitely to go by car. After 5 days we used to the distance. Rosemarkie is a nice little town with a large beach to walk the dogs. Very quiet in August. We stayed at the Shallow cottage. Only issue was the bed which is quite bad as it feels a mountain in the middle of the mattress, very uncomfortable.
