Leider in vielen Bereichen staubig & dreckig

Grundsätzlich absolut fein. Schlüssel etc. lief unkompliziert. Sauna und Lage waren top. Sauber war es auch! Preis/Leistung passt!

Der Gastgeber möchte sich bzw. den Putzkräften schon viel Arbeit ersparen. Man musste die Betten selbst beziehen, sollte sie bitte am Ende wieder abziehen, den Müll selber entsorgen und Die Spülmaschine einräumen und starten. Grundsätzlich machbar, aber leider etwas unsympathisch so eine Liste vor Check-out zu bekommen... Auch sind die Betten leider sehr unangenehm, wirkt etwas günstig. Matratze verrutscht beim Schlafen. Auch sehr unangenehm: Ein Regal direkt über dem Kopfende des Bettes. Ich habe mir am Anfang gesagt ich gebe einen Punkt weniger für jedes Mal Kopf anstoßen, aber das wäre dann doch unfair :D

The apartment is very nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is excellent and very central, with most places easily reachable on foot.

Unfortunately, the apartment was quite cold during our stay because the heating did not work properly. There is a fireplace in the apartment, but the staff told us not to use it because it would make the apartment very smoky. This was disappointing since the fireplace is also listed as one of the apartment’s features. Additionally, when we arrived, the bed sheet was not clean. When we contacted the staff for help, we were told several times that they were located far away and that it was high season, so they did not have time to assist. We would have expected more support in such situations.

The place itself is good, central, it’s easy to reach every place and has basically everything you need.

The check-in is at 4 PM and there is no possibility to leave the luggage before if you arrive earlier (so basically always, because those are the timetables of the buses), we needed to pay a luggage storage in the grocery store. If the check-in is so late (also in a place so cold), this possibility should be given. Then, the check-in was at 4 PM because they had to clean it, but under the bed it was very dirty and the dishes inside the dishwasher were still dirty too, meaning that noone checked it after the previous guests left. A lot of things had also been left there by the previous guests: if shampoos and shaving cream are good, food should be thrown away or at least removed
