"Staff late respond"

The staff was very late for the respond for our demand...and they say have to pay for the iron...already pay...then the iron cannot work...we demand for money back but very late respond and until now dont pay us back

owner/ staff are not friendly while we’re contact via WhatsApp. Late respond and we had chatted for checking out they are no respond whether to say thank you or what so ever. a few Door’s lock broken and cannot be locked such as toilet’s door in master room, door room 3 and door at yard.

There’s a 2 inches staging at the pantry area which is not level with the whole apartment floor, no precaution for this hi risk for injury
