MYThe location and facilities are good. Surrounded with full of mini market and 'kedai makan'.. Parking also ok. Just chose any and free. Also so near to tanah rata. Can go there for 'cari makan'... So many stall there
1. The floor /tiles of the house soo cold. Need to wear sock. put some carpet pls 2. Line of the telco Very2 bad. Even though line full bar, but the connection so bad. I don't know why. But so annoying. Celcom/ be one prepaid so bad. Others I don't know 3. The kettle leaking. Hahaha 4. No front grill for safety. Just basic door with lock. Haha

DEVery low price. Good location, 10 minutes walk (with roof) to town center. Spacious apartment. Cheap restaurants close by. Cheap laundries close by.
Some insect invasion, but not too much and easily manageable with poison. Some broken things: leaking kettle, wardrobe. Only a few dishes and cutlery. Strong smell in the walkthrough at ground level, but passable. Too few places to store clothes, food etc. No heating for cold days.
