No issue for parking space. Our apt was on the 1st floor, got elevator so just carry our stuffs there. Kitchen area considered clean with cooking utensil provided too. Toilet also quite ok clean. So far for us ok value for money.

1. The sofa I think should change coz not comfortable to sit and quite old already even though in picture looks like matching with the dining table but in real for me better change it feel more fresh and confident to sit on it. Myself personally felt the sofa was not clean and hygienic. 2. No padlock provided for front grill only depending on door lock. So a bit worry night time. 3. Coincidently during our stay there for 2 nights there was very noisy music coming from nearby neighbourhood not sure what was the occasion but some or rather disturbing, it ended around 12pm ++. 😫😫😫
