Cosy, lovely and whole apartment design has a character. Good location, smooth check in process, prompt communications.

Probably handy to have 2 sets of lift access, will work better with larger group size. 3D2N is a good length of stay, if longer, best that host could prepare/give access to more disposable waste facilities eg toilet rolls, additional waste bags etc.

"Quiet and comfortable stay"

The house was clean, many useful facilities, location wise was superb, walking distance to reach Tanah Rata town, quiet at night and comfortable to stay in, my kids and I were struggle to go out after we got back for a short rest. Easy to got the key from mailbox, easy access to the apartment and parking space. The host was responsive and attentive, love it.

The smells from the toilet drain, and the TV remote was not working properly.

Wat een prachtige appartement. Je rijdt er heen en stapt de appartement naar binnen en begint te twijfelen. Maar zodra je de deur open maakt zie je een prachtige plek. Lekker ruim, drie kamers, kleine balkon. Maar echt top!

Die douch, ze hebben gewoon een apart verouderd systeem hier in Maleisië. Maar dit is gewoon omdat je wat moet opnoemen.

The facility was not well-maintained and had an unpleasant odor. The doors were noisy and in need of repair. There was no in-person orientation or assistance; instead, instructions for accessing the facility, including key cards and door passcodes, were provided solely through WhatsApp messages.
