A wonderful place to relax and escape from the city. Silence, peace, beauty. Extremely kind hosts, Vicky is great. A wonderful garden. The room is a decent size. It's very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. There was water and juice waiting for us in the fridge, crackers on the table, packed coffee, tea and breakfast items, another machine coffee - filter. The silence at night is indescribable - you may sleep like a babe. The yard is very pleasant, green and has different spots to relax. In our opinion, the location of the property is very good. It is close to Meteora, but at the same time it is away from the tourist crowds. You must have a car dough.

The good things predominate, but in truth there are small details that could be addressed: a broken toilet seat, a plug or two pulled from their bed, other small things - not much, but not to spoil it the general impression is good to fix. However, I highly recommend this accommodation and if we visit the area again, we would stay in Theopatra home again.

The place was overall fantastic. Beautiful view, wonderful hosts, and comfy clean room.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bathroom. Solely because there was little filtration and we opened the door after use. That's it

Calm, beautiful place at a small village very close to Meteora. Pet friendly with a very nice yard. We forgot a hoodie and the owner was so kind to call us and offer to send it to us with a courier.

i was received with the outmost kindness and generosity by nikitas and his son spiros. i couldn’t have imagined a warmer welcome after a long drive. it is this this kind of hospitality that cannot be matched by lockboxes. nikitas was very discreet and i could tell that he is experienced in how much to offer according to guest’s need or lack of it if prefering no contact. the communication with nikitas’ wife on the phone before arrival was excellent. the house is something to be experienced. there is so much personal work that has gone into making it.. it is one of those special places full of details and magical secrets like the stairway in my room and where it leads to. there was coffee, there were crisps and butter and marmelade and honey and even orange juice and cold water in the room. clean and comfortable me and my cat companion felt at home. we are so grateful for the house and its beautiful garden. words are not enough to express my gratitude for your humanity. thank you

We locked our selves out of our room late at night and Vicky was available and most helpful. Had a great stay and enjoyed the garden thoroughly. We recommend highly!

Hosted by a very kind family. Great appartement, clean and spacious. Easy to find but hidden gem. Meteora not far from so location = GREAT! And Maria-day made our stay even more exclusive. We were lucky - Στην υγειά σας

Great location, pretty close to Meteora; spacious garden with lots of shade and greens. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quite. The hosts are welcoming and supportive. Overall -- my family and I had a great experience in this accommodation. Huge plus -- pets are welcomed - this was important, as we were travelling with our dog.
