Alessia Apartment in the Old Town

The apartment was fantastic — spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money — would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to all the amenities and the main touristic attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious and fully equipped.

Quiet and clean. Right in the pedestrian zone but in a courtyard so no street noise. Has air conditioner but didn't need it this time of year. You would have to leave the bedroom door open to get AC. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, washer. Plenty of extra linens. Roomy bathroom.

You pass through a locked entry gate and into a courtyard to get to the stairs to the apartment. At night you have to walk a good 50 ft before the first motion detected light comes on so you need a phone flashlight. If there was a switch to turn on a light I never found it. Possibly nothing the host can do about this. The staircase is circular and old historic wood so quite uneven. Also nothing the host can do about. The water heater is a little loud when it cycles on but you can close the kitchen door. The bathroom door is sliding frosted glass and not much frosting so someone walking by will have a pretty good visual and audio of what's going on inside. All windows open into the courtyard so not much natural light. Also means you look directly into the neighboring apartment 15 ft across the courtyard. All of these are relatively minor and don't detract from the location and amenities.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea included, owner was helpful and provided all necessary information.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable, pillows could be softer, the stairs leading to the apartment are a bit difficult if you have mobility issues.
