Comfy Beds. Good lounge area. Well equipped Kitchen. Nice big shower and bath. Good seating in kitchen. Plenty of lighting. All very clean

Bedrooms might benefit from curtains to block out light from pub opposite Lack of storage in bedrooms but appreciate limitted space
