The Flying Scotsman Flamborough

Light and airy apartment, easy street parking and close to Bempton and Sewerby. Lots to do and see in the area. Really good having two shower rooms, and the kitchen was well equipped, making cooking an evening meal straight forwards. The rooms were actually bigger than they looked in the pictures, and as a group of three adults, we were very comfortable in the space.

Small thing, but the bedrooms get the light early, so if you are light sensitive, take an eye mask.

We absolutely loved this beautifully located accommodation. From the moment we stepped inside we all felt so comfortable and relaxed. Such a wonderful ground floor apartment. The hosts were in touch as soon as I booked up. Very friendly and accommodating providing lots of information in advance. Which was very much appreciated. We loved how beautifully presented it was, very clean and had everything and probably more than you would expect to find in a holiday home. Even a complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival! Probably one of the best properties I have stayed in on Booking.com. 😃

Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The Prosecco was a lovely touch.

The only thing was the oven wasn’t working, but the owners did inform us of this in advance and we managed as we were only staying for 3 nights. In summer we would have probably missed some outdoor space. Having said all that we would definitely stay here again.

Superb apartment. Very comfortable and clean. In centre of village. Easy parking. Fantastic coastline. Lots of wonderful places to visit. You will not be disappointed.

It's not so much a dislike but the oven was rather tedious to turn on even with instructions

Oven that worked better; dishwasher that worked; location is very public on two sides and there is very poor sound insulation from upstairs flat

This is a really lovely place, well presented, plenty big enough and with everything you would need for your stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.
