Plaza Charming Flat

Nice and spacious flat with a pleasant terrace. The location is perfect and private parking is a big advantage. Communication was excellent and the owner was really helpful.

Everything was just perfect, the location of the flat is great, very close to the airport, so you don’t need to drive to long after your flight. In the flat was everything we needed, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best thing about the flat is the host, who will help you with everything you need and he responds after just 5 minutes. If I ever go to Madeira again I would deffinitelly choose that apartament again! Apartament was quiet with a great view from beacutifull tarace. It’s a place were you could literally live, because everything you may need you will find in the apartament.

was all tip-top! Clean and well looked after place. Convenient very nice bakery/restaurant in the complex and very handy garage parking.

Although we had a car, it was a great location, we didn't need to use it to go to the city center. By around 10 minutes we could go to the supermarket, the local market, cafés, restaurants, and the beach. We stayed here while we were working remotely, and the WIFI connection was great. I would stay here if we decide to come back.

We stayed in the small room, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but still not a significant issue.

I was pleasantly surprised how close the apartment was to the beach area of Santa Cruz. Also very nice fruit/veg shop, pharmacy and bakery/coffeeshop under the apartment block. The public transport is very easy to get to Funchal as well as Machico beach. Some busses will take you the scenic route. At the same time there is plenty of space to park you car in a safe place under the apartment block. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is a decent size. The washing machine does help too and I was amazed by the gigantic balcony.

I found the sofa bed rock hard, so I did not have such good night sleeps on there. The 2 single beds and 1 double bed themselves were great though. The rest of my family slept much better than I did. So if you can avoid then leave the sofa as it is :-) But since the apartment and the surroundings were so good, I did not mind.

The property was clean, spacious and modern with plenty of amenities, also 5 minutes from the airport. It was located close to the beach with loads of restaurants to choose from. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions that we had. He also gave recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants to eat. The property was also close to Funchal and was reachable by bus and taxi.

Nothing, we had a great stay.

Amazing and lovely apartment very close to the airport (4 min in a taxi), 5 min walk from the beach, coffee place downstairs. Great service (we did a late booking because of flight cancellation from Funchal and got the host messaged us immediately and gave all the checkin details).
