Ótimo, muito espaçoso.Muito bem equipado.Tem tudo por perto,lojas,cafés, restaurantes.A poucos qlm de Funchal.E muito importante que tinha lugar na garagem. Nao tivemos preocupações com estacionamento. D Ana foi super simpática, ficamos contentes com a nossa estadia.

It was nice that it was the whole place for us. Quite well equipped, many things in the kitchen and bathroom. Good location easily accessible by walk with the city, close to restaurants, the beach. Very nice and helpfull host Mariana who was really interested. Definitely would enjoy to stay there again.

Could have been better cleaned in some places (we have seen some dust) however it is a very spacious place. Also there is a coffee machine (nespresso type) I would say that would be good for the owner to have some capsuls in the kitchen stock. It is not required but would be perfect.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Very comfortable with car, have underground parking spot. Recommend this place.

Bad noise isolation. Dog barking at night in neighborhood. But ofc it’s not owners problem 🙂.

The nearest beach was not in 700m, in reality it was 30min walk of downhill.

Everything - we loved the view, the beauty of the place, the attentiveness of our hosts, the decorations, the value, balconies, proximity to everything we wanted and needed, showers, washing machine, bed, and so much more!

The barking neighbor dog - (though we know our hosts had nothing to do with that)
