The location and view from the balcony. Bed comfortable and good water pressure

Need more illumination in living room. Difficult to read a novel at night. Need for a more modern toaster and electric kettle.

location. prompt and helpful replies from owner. good size. view. nice balcony. 2 bathrooms. well equipped. clean.

I think it would be useful if there were clearer instructions eg arrival instructions (e.g. on arrival - call the owner), wifi connection instructions and maybe some general info for guests re local area (welcome pack). It was slightly bigger than the two bed apartment that we normally stay in but considerably more expensive.
