Puiki vieta mieste, didelis balkonas, labai gera šildymo sistema, spartus internetas, patogios lovos ir pagalvės.

Mes, 6 suaugę, buvome apgyvendinti bute 3C, svetainės ir 2 iš 3 miegamųjų langai į gatvės pusę. Bute nėra garso izoliacijos - daug triukšmo iš visų pusių. Kai kuriuos dalykus reikia paremontuoti: neužsidaro virtuvės durys, vienoje vonioje dušo galvutė kiaura. Neradome vonios grindų kilimėlių. Portale skelbiamos visų nuomojamų butų nuotraukos kartu, rezervuojantis butą nėra galimybės pasirinkti konkretaus buto. Mums priskirto buto svetainė nebuvo tokia jauki ir erdvi, palyginus su skelbiamomis kitų svetainių nuotraukomis. Griozdiškos sofos užima daug svetainės ploto, nors jose nelabai patogiai gali susėsti tik 5 žmonės, o prie stalo 6-iese irgi sunkiai tilpome. Pakeitus sofas į kompaktiškesnes, ši problema išsispręstų. Mums priskirto buto svetainės nuotraukų portale nėra. Mums kilo abejonių dėl buto dydžio: nors skelbiama, kad butas yra 120 m2, būnant vietoje kvadratūros pritrūko:)
