patio curtain ( veil was dirty as in very dirty, stained and would not have been washed for a long time. The shower cubicle shield was filthy that I had to put it in watching machine before I could use the shower. The lighting in the room was terrible, no deam light for bedroom, remote is complex and not fit for purpose, the aircorn or heating in the room is non existing, the ceiling vent is only to suck air in and also to fan and does not make sense how that provide it heat, difficult to operate. The apartment is old with broken storage press handle. The sofa is a strange one with no arm rest, the wardrope in the room was clustered packed with rubbish, old, non functional stuff. On waking up on the first night on the bed, I notice a rash, and a strange insect. This bit me also on the second night before I realise it was bedbug. I contacted the person who handed over the key to me, nice guy, but poor response to call and called back a day after that he would info the landlord. Nobody called me back. This apartment is a real disappointment and such facility do not me standard for renting. For the rest of the 2 stay in the apartment, slept on the uncomfortable sofa in the sitting room with no arm rest. Everything was poor, multicolour bedsheet and towel (yellow). Please don't waste your money. Don't do it. Hope Booking.com can do something about this
