Beacon Suites with Infinity Pool at Georgetown by WL

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for four adults and one child. It was well-equipped, with everything we needed and easy to use. The pool was fantastic—we truly enjoyed our time there. The check-in process was smooth upon arrival, as the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I really like the property the convenience as well as the facilities provided cleanliness is well maintained comfortable as well as the staff is so fast in terms of the responses. So helpful, I really loved my time here would always visit this place

Location: Convenient, located in the city centre, easy if you are travelling with car. Parking: Given 2 parking spots Property: Specious, suitable for big group Staff: Fast response on whatsapp

Cleanliness: Dirty & stinky bathrooms. There were small flies in the bathrooms throughout the stay. Some even flew out to the bedrooms. Faulty toilet seat. Dirty drawers. Old stained towels given and stained bedsheets. Property: Not the same as advertised. Stated both room comes with double bed, but one of the room was given twin bed. Only the bed at the living hall is comfy with thick mattress. Thin mattresses in the bedrooms. Checkout: 11.30am Staff: Reminded me on the checkout details a day before checkout. Send another reminder the next morning, and at 11.00am, texting me again asking if I’ve already checkout. What is this?

The staff ignored us and left us with a broken oven our whole stay. They said they would fix it and then never came. When I asked when they would come, they ignored me.

All the facilities r complete n convinience. House are well maintained and superb comfy Exceeded our expectations😊
