Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand, aber ruhig. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und geschmackvoll.

Im Bad wenig Ablageflächen. Ein Waschtischunterschrank wäre da hilfreich. Es gab auch keine Handtuchhalter, nur 2 Haken. Im Schlafzimmer sind die Nachttischschränke nur zur Deko da, 1 winzige Schublade, da passt nichts rein. Die Fensternischen werden innen nur sehr selten geputzt. Waren schon sehr verschmutzt. Im Bad gab es einen Mückenschutzvorhang, der war aber leider zerrissen.
