Parkplatz nebenan

Sehr hellhörig, Wasserrauschen wenn in der Wohnung drüber bzw daneben geduscht wird. Kein WLAN inkl. finde ich ziemlich steinzeitlich. Mit unter sehr laut durch Verkehr direkt vor der Wohnung.

Die Ruhe und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das WLAN war eigentlich nicht verfügbar, wenn man Glück hatte, hatte man einen Balken. Zudem ist der Handyempfang auch extrem schlecht dort (kann der Anbieter aber nichts für)

Der Verkehr der vor dem Haus vorbeifließt, war jetzt schon störend. Im Sommer ist das bestimmt belastend. Dafür war der Weg zum Wasser kurz. Was meinen Erwartungen vollkommen entsprochen hat.

In der Wohnung roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Der Geruch wurde versucht zu überdecken - mit Duftstäbchen. Dieser Geruch verursachte mir Übelkeit. Ich hab sie vor die Tür gestellt was hoffentlich nicht belastend für die Nachbarn war. Diese Geruchsbelästigung haben mir leichte Beschwerden in den Atemwegen und den Schleimhäuten gemacht.

"Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern"

Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Pad), gute Raumaufteilung, großer Kleiderschrank, Staubsauger und Putzutensilien vorhanden.

Hinweis auf direkte Lage an der Bundesstraße 437. Kein direkter Zugang zum Strand aufgrund des Deiches, Netzempfang, Warmwasserzufuhr im Bad/Küche nicht immer gewährleistet.
