The staff is good and answers the phone, which is a great part.

The terrible smell from the hole where the shower room is located. It smells like dirty pipes, or like a public toilet. We were able to wash away this smell by turning on the water in the shower, however this bad smell seems to come from other sources, as when we closed the windows, then after an hour that smell came again into the apartment. We could live there just with opened windows. The good news that the bed sheets were clean, it is a great part. The bad part is that the apartment is equipped with the cheapest stuff you can find. Even the soups for dish washing (that cost about 10 cents) look like they are several years old. The apartment doesn't fell comfortable at all. For example in Vaasa (the city near by) we could rent (by booking) an amazing modern apartment, for the same price! The price is the same, but the difference is unbelievable. The management should make a good pipe cleaning in the building, so the rotten terrible smell will not be the first thing that guests feel when they arrive. The area near by apartment is actually good. But the apartment is very depressing.

Instructions are pretty clear for one to make it to the room and you don’t have to deal with so many people. The place is quiet.

I ended up getting locked out of my room because I forgot to move with my key. Took me atleast 3 hours to get in contact with someone to help me. In the instructions, they should add a section for incase this happens and guide you to get the spare key.!
