Setia City Mall is just across the street

The kitchen cabinet - falling apart. Futon - lumpy cushion. Time for the dumpster. One bed in the primary was wobbly. No one can get a decent sleep on it. The sunken shower area in the primary - with slippery tiles - disaster waiting to happen!
