City Apartment

The apartment was well equipped modern and clean. The extras, including milk, cereals, wine, water, and toiletries, added the extra welcome. Very easy to access due to communication with vendor. Parking in multi-storey was very easy. Recommend Ringo app for parking. Everything accessible due to location.

Could not fault our stay

Beautiful apartment and very centrally located. Had absolutely everything you would need. Chris was so kind and helpful and had tea/cofeee/ milk all the little extras you would need for arrival. Absolutely perfect place. Would highly recommend.

Very good location, quiet but central Paid parking is very close to the apartment (bit pricy but convenient - and there is cheaper not far away) clean and new linen and towels flooring good - no carpets Owners kindly left water and various cleaning supplies, tea, coffee etc

The bathroom heater didn’t seem to work/was a bit rusty, bathroom could be upgraded a bit to replace shower curtain with glass and nicer unit etc Just a bit basic Cleaning was added to the price making it fairly expensive - though Winchester is popular tourist destination. Coffee machine not working Cold, not heated on arrival but soon heated up The apartment felt a bit dark but we were out most of the time

Great flat, had everything needed and more! comms from owner included parking advice and pictures to help locate entrance. Wifi coped well with on line meetings and presentations. Thanks!

Loved the flat. It's very close to the centre of Winchester but it's in a quiet road so it's very peaceful, both by day and by night. The hosts very kindly provided lots of helpful little things such as kitchen towel, coffee, tea, cereals, pint of milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine etc. So we didn't have to go out and buy every little thing, which was really lovely. They also provided plenty of towels. So we felt instantly at home and relaxed. The hosts were instantly reachable and replied to messages straight away. The flat is beautifully decorated and very clean. And importantly, the beds were super comfy!

Great location and a brilliant flat. Chris and Maria were amazing and seamless at getting checked-in. Couldn't find a fault if we tried!
