Accommodation is in need of a refurbishment. The furniture, beds etc are worn.
GBRooms were big and bright. Clean on the whole. Quite quiet.
Description said coffee machine - No coffee machine, or caffatiere as promised Description said balcony - no balcony, window with rails across does not constitute a balcony Loose electrical sockets and faulty lamp switches - dangerous No heating , no matter which way we tried to switch it on Shoddy cabinets and units , missing handles , loose panels etc. Had to take umpteen images when we got there so as not to get the blame for damage. Could not close the window in our room as the lock / frame was broken. No glasses, two wine glasses and some pint glasses.

The stairs were challenging for my invalid father. I'm not sure if the steps are mentioned in the overview of the property, if not this might good to add for your more elderly guests visiting in the future.
