In Winterberg

Lekker dichtbij ski verhuur en heen sta je zo op de piste , terug moet je een stukje wandelen. De bedden lagen prima alleen het stapelbed is niet zo best meer.

Het stapelbed was wat gammel en slecht matras.

Top locatie vlak bij ski piste. En prachtig appartement voor de lage prijs.

Wat te weinig keukengerei voor 6-8 personen. En de communicatie om de sleutel te ontvangen was wat verwarrend.

Een gezellig appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van de piste en het dorp, wat heel fijn was. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Ruime accomodatie. Schoon en netjes. Prima bedden, opgemaakt bij aankomst. Dichtbij de piste. Alles in accomodatie aanwezig.

Very well located—walking distance to the slopes and just 15 minutes from the city center. The flat has all the necessary amenities (including baby bed and chair which was very convenient to us)

Wrong flat number was given on both the invoice and the email sent a week earlier. As a result, we received the wrong keys upon arrival. We had to sort this out with another family who was unaware of the check-in process. Clearly, there was a lack of communication. The flat was not cleaned—dirty microwave, pet hair on the sofa, dust under the sofa bed, and crumbs in the furniture and dishes. We sent texts and photos at the time, but there was no apology or offer to clean, despite paying the €50 cleaning fee. Communication was difficult with the key managers, and the owner never responded to our email about the above. This made us feel ignored.

Clean, nice apartment, easy key collection, good location, helpful renter. Would stay again.
