Could have been better maintained. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom, one ceiling light fitting not properly installed, could not get gas fire to light, poor instructions for heating.

Roomy and very comfortable. Well appointed.

Entrance gate a bit narrow.

It may time to buy a new mattress for the en suite bedroom

Good location and parking.

Mismatched cups, mugs, cutlery. Not enough forks for amount of guests. Many lightbulbs needed replaced. Some lamps had european plugs so couldnt use. Cracked tiles in one bathroom could have cut bare foot. All reported.

Size of property

Wardrobe doors still sticking, some mugs stained, could have been more thoroughly cleaned, fire not working, no pods for coffee maker, ensuite bathroom floor tiles cracked. Overall, not to the standard one might expect for an expensive property

Central St Andrews. Everything within short walk.

Nothing whatsoever

Lovely spacious house within five minutes walk from St Andrews centre. Plenty of parking. Very clean, lovely bedlinen and towels. Really well equipped kitchen (double oven and microwave) with lots of pots and pans if you want to do some serious cooking. Good communication from hosts who responded to questions very quickly. Highly recommended for a family or group.
