Location good. Easy walking distance for shops. Spacious. Not on busy road.

Hearts sank as we approached house to see a boarded up window. No idea whether it was damaged by a recent previous occupant or an attempted break in. Perhaps a little forewarning might have been appropriate, an apology or an indication of when it might be repaired. The dishwasher was still running after 8 hours so we stopped using it. Downstairs toilet had leak from wash hand basin. Couldn’t see smoke alarms upstairs. As noted in previous reviews the large settee lacked back support.

"August stay"

Location and size of property. Able to allow us to check out hour later to help our parents.

Damaged/boarded window in living room; concern about security. Sofa some areas unable to move the upper cushions into higher position. Some broken furniture that could be fixed. No outdoor furniture.
