Location was good for us and we could park fine. Property was ok for what we were visiting St Andrews for, as we didn’t spend too much time in it.

Needs a deep clean inside and out. Each bedroom has one wall window and one in the living area, rest are velux which means you can’t enjoy the views, would benefit from trees being lopped near the property. Would be a beautiful place to stay with some decluttering, repainting and the addition of a dishwasher. Potential is not realised here.
