Квартира была чистой. Очень понравилась хорошо оборудованная и укомплектованая кухня- было приятно готовить. Очень удобные постели. Тихий и спокойный район. Хозяева были приветливыми и доброжелательными и быстро отвечали на все вопросы. Прекрасный вид с балкона дополняет атмосферу квартиры. Удобно, что рядом с домом находится хорошая детская площадка ( нашим детям очень понравилась) Однозначно рекомендуем

The house was super comfortable with a big joined living area, great cooking island and a fabulous view fom the balcony. It had all we needed for a fun weekend stay. Winterberg offeres many outdoor activities and great hikes in the area. Annemiek has been a responsive host and reacted quickly to questions.

The interior of the House is amazing. comfortable and really feels at home. Have enough space for a family of 2-3. We love that it has a fireplace and we are allowed to use it. Perfect for my son's marshmallows. The owner is really helpful and approacheable. She responded to everything we asked.

The apartment is spacious and has enough room for a big family. For us, it was a group of 4 colleagues/friends, and we each had our own rooms. We had a fully functional kitchen, and was given 2 parking spaces as per our request. Each room was warm, and spacious. There were 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers that become handy with the big group. The game room/living room was spacious and we were comfortable with the arrangements. The nearest ski lift is a baby lift which is good if you have children, but in our case we drive off to Poppenberg which is a bout an 8-minute drive so it was very convenient. McDonalds is also about 8 mins, and the grocery "outlet" and Lidl is 5 mins drive away. The owner was communicative in the messages we received prior to our stay regarding what we are able to do in the apartment so that we do not disrupt the other building occupants.

First of all, I do not agree with the owner messaging me asking me to send them negative reviews in private as that is manipulation of how reviews are done. I have highlighted our positive experience but we must share our negative experiences as well. The unit is a penthouse suite of a 3-floor walk-up building so it would be good to communicate that beforehand as it comes useful for big groups and luggage packing. During the booking, the linen fees were not included in the charged fees - we were told to pay extra linen fees of 45euros on top of what was charged to us, AND on top of that, we HAD to bring our own kitchen and personal towels. We also did not find the hair dryer. We had a small bottle of shampoo that was not even going to be useful for 4 people. The rate that we have is a similar rate to a hotel in Winterberg with all these provisions and we believe that the services can be better by the accommodation owners as they do have a beautiful place to stay.
