Very spacious apartment everything you would need

Only the bedroom heater works. So would be cold in the lounge in December

Great location being close to promenade and shops. Spacious and clean.

No on-site parking and relying on a space available outside building.

We thought it was great! The flat you get is really spacious and the furniture is modern and comfortable. The pictures we looked at prior were very accurate. We didn't use the kitchen much as we were stopping by to see family, but everything we did use worked entirely as expected. Nice large comfy bed. We had a great stay and we'd certainly be looking to rebook if we need a place in Withernsea again! There's no reception as it's not a hotel. There's a little box outside and they provide you with a code in advance to get the key - personally this is great because you can then come and go as you please with no requirement to be there for a fixed time. The price was very reasonable considering what you got. Proximity to where we needed to get to was also great.

Honestly I usually have a few things to fill in this box but I don't this time! Only thing I can think of is that the bed was so comfy we overslept a bit and then it was sort of a mad dash to get out for checkout time, but that's still a good thing really!

Lovely place, very clean, well equipped kitchen with large fridge

Only small issue was 2 of the 3 heaters didn't work, but the bedroom heater was enough to make the whole place warm enough even though it was very cold weather

It was spacious, the sofas were comfy and the fridge was massive. Sinks and kitchen surfaces were clean.

Bathroom floor and shower mat were dirty with hair etc. Fortunately l found a vacuum cleaner which l used to clean bathroom and bedroom floors. I wet dusted in the bathroom before unpacking. The TV connection to the Internet was intermittent. The air filter in the bathroom needed changing - it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

This property was ideally located and the host's communication was excellent. Access to the property couldn't've been easier and the apartment was well equipped and much bigger than we had anticipated.

Some of the bathroom looked as if it was just new/hadn't been finished yet and the rest of it needed a good clean. A bit odd really.
