Needs a soap bowl in shower, double bed a bit small for couples, needs better air con. The building itself is lovely but way too hot - needs air con. The gym and pool were nice by gym needs air con. Needs more free parking for two cars. However it’s very poor to have gym and pool only open until 6pm!!

GBWe received a warm welcome at Reception. Welcome pack of tea and coffee and extras were much appreciated. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed. Ensuite Shower was great. Great location, so central and a stones throw from the beach. Nice to have a balcony too though the weather was variable!
The admin systems could be greatly improved . Firstly a map even a basic one to orientate ourselves within Byron would have been helpful to find facilities and reception. As Byron promotes its leisure facilities , the access to these would be much easier if digitalised, access via for or booking via an online system for ease and flexibility. In addition, when asked to pay a deposit for extra fob, which we did happily, this had to be by bank transfer as we had booked via Booking.com and apparently the systems did not link up. A small issue inside the apartment was bin in kitchen had a broken foot pedal. We were staying 4 nights and there were 4 of us adults as a family, so extra towels could be made available.

GBVery clean and tidy, everything that you needed. Also provided washing up liquid, toilet rolls, milk tea and coffee
There was some odd noises from the boiler in the room which made us jump a few times and there was some noise disturbance from neighbours. One things I will say is if there was a patch of grass for dogs to be able to relive themselves as it’s quite a trek up and down that hill several times a day.
