Great location, steps away from the beach and close to shops and some great places to eat.

Smaller than expected but well equipped and comfortable.

Great parking and could walk down to the sea to surf (surf permitting 😂)

Definitely liked the little bottle of Prosecco and bar of chocolate left by the hosts! Due to working quite late I arrived at around 10pm which would have been a problem if I had booked somewhere with a non 24 hour front desk but they had a key safe outside of the door so with could get in with no human contact (brilliant if you are not a fan of humans) the room was spacious and very well equipped with a large television, full-size oven and a half size fridge with freezer compartment. All cooking utensils were clean and easy to find and even included foil! Plates and dishes were the same. The bed was comfortable and the heating system adjustable to your taste. The bathroom was clean and bright with a large mirror and the shower had the power of Niagara Falls. Plenty of plug sockets throughout the room too. There is also a medium sized spar shop just around the corner. The beach is only a short walk away and was lovely. Overall the whole experience felt incredibly private, clean and great value for money. We went down during off peak season as wanted a break by the sea to unwind and to fly my new Christmas present on the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Spotless clean, great taste in decoration, homely feel and great welcome pack (prosecco amd chocolate).
