"Great location, everything not as it seems and a bit costly."

Great location, with great views.

There were 3 TV's, the ones in the bedroom and bathroom (why have one in the bathroom?) were not working. There was a big heater in the living room, not working. The laminate floor had lifted in more than one place, easily tripped over for some. Bad smell on the staircase. £130 way too much for one night. £60-£70 maybe OK.

"This is a lovely place to stay, overall."

The location was superb for watching the starling murmuration, sea view and close to the town. It was a well equipped flat with all that you'd want for self catering including electricals, tea, coffee, and even some spices. The hosts instructions and response were great, it was very clean, the bed enormous and very comfy, with no noise from anyone else in the building.

Settee not as comfy as it looks, flooring a bit uneven in places, and the fireplace has been out of action for some time, but more than made up for with everything else. Thank you for having us.

Really great apartment, close to the town and amenities. Beautiful sea views and really well acquitted apartment, First time we have not stayed in a hotel, and will definitely be returning.
