very modern appartment with all the facilities needed for showering, cooking, washing etc. great view from small terrace on the sea. clean and convenient. good parking place reserved for residents. walking distance from Port and restaurants. church of st.Nektarious is near 4km.

very slow internet through WIFI. shops are little far away,But if you have a car - its OK.

Very good apartment.

Good price, spacious rooms, especially the attic. I think it's an decent choice for 4 people, either a family or 2 couples. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the port. For me, who don't want noise from tourists and traffic, it was ideal, for someone else who prefers to be close to the liveliness of the port, it could be considered negative.

It is located on a main country road (uphill) and the noise from cars and motorbikes during noon was unbearable. Additionally, it was generally clean, but not recently. We found a lot of dust in many places. The stair to the attic was narrow, but it's not a big problem. The sofa in the living room cannot fit an adult person to sleep.
