Villa Patricia

Boravili smo u vili za doček Nove godine, nas nekoliko prijatelja, i izuzetno smo zadovoljni boravkom. Vila je prostrana, uredna i odlično opremljena, a prostor ugodan i idealan za druženje veće ekipe. Posebno bismo istaknuli domaćicu Gabrijelu, koja nas je dočekala s već ugrijanom, besprijekorno čistom i potpuno pripremljenom kućom, na čemu smo joj jako zahvalni. Tijekom cijelog boravka bila je dostupna i spremna pomoći oko svega što nam je bilo potrebno. Lokacija nam je u potpunosti odgovarala; imali smo mir i privatnost, što je bilo savršeno za doček Nove godine. Svakako preporučujemo ovu vilu svima koji traže ugodan i kvalitetan smještaj za druženje ili proslavu.

This place was by far the BEST place to stay hands down in Stari Grad. The hostess, Gabrijela, was absolutely amazing. We have been coming to Hvar for years and couldn't believe we stumbled to this place. It is stunning. Clean, roomy and the accommodations were top notch. Nothing but praise for the place and Gabrijela. My family recommends this play to any family looking for a beautiful place to stay in Stari Grad.

In der Küche gab es einen Kaffee-Vollautomaten, Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Die gesamte Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, 2 weitere TV in den Schlafzimmern auch mit Deutschen Programmen. Der Pool war sauber und gut temperiert. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Gabriela war hervorragend und hätte nicht besser sein können 😊! Nett waren auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.

Die optische Einrichtung war kühl/modern aber gut. Leider hat man an der Qualität etwas gespart und es waren schon leichte Abnutzungen erkennbar. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet, nicht wie man es normalerweise erwartet. In der unteren Wohnung fehlte eine Fenster-Rollade. Das Haus befindet sich an einer Durchgangsstraße zum Ort mit einer Bushaltestelle gegenüber der Schlafräume. Sehr störend war der ebenfalls gegenüberliegende Baulärm für eine Haupt-Feuerwehrwache. Kurz vor unserer Anreise begannen die Aushubarbeiten mit mehreren Baggern (Presslufthammer). Bauzeiten von 8.00 bis teils 19.00 Uhr. Auch Sonntag war kein Ruhetag.

We had a wonderful stay in Stari Grad! The apartment was beautifully renovated, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. It was a lovely 12–15 minute walk along the seafront from the ferry and only another 5–7 minutes into the middle of town, so the location was ideal. As we were a party of five, the person using the sofa bed did need to go through one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Gabriela was an amazing host — so friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and loved having a coffee machine too (along with everything else in the fully equipped kitchen!)!! The bus stop directly across the road made it super convenient for our day trip to Hvar Town. Highly recommended!

Mi smo bili prezadovoljni, Gabrijela je nadvse prijazna, za vse je poskrbela. Le tako naprej! Še se bomo vrnili, to zagotovo :)
