Its a beautiful place, very relaxing, the interior of our accommodation is very clean, views are fantastic

The place doesnt have cleaning services, it should consider this at least on the 2nd day of a stay, theres plenty space for games to be considered by the corporate body eg games room or sauna

Owner was unaware of our arrival due to not read her emails from booking.com. Security guy havent got a phone number for owner. A women who pass by while i was talking to security overheard our convertation and said she got the owners phone number. When we call the owner who stays in Joburg, she admit she didnt read her emails. Then she sent me the details for the keys and code. The flat wasnt cleaned and was left filthy by the tenants who left the morning of our arrival. The owner gave us a number of the cleaning company to arrange for new bedding but she didnt pick up her phone. Then the owner said that she cant help us with clean bedding until the next morning. We end up sleeping in our clothes on the couch .The place was left filthy as well as the tv wasnt working. The hot water was lukewarm and we struggle to have a proper bath. The next morning we couldnt get hold of the owner.
