City center, sea view apartment, Amelia!

The air conditioner worked, and good location.

We only stayed 2 nights with small children. The apartment is not very clean, (pictures attached), smells putrid, and gave the impression of a deep filth - its wasn't just an off day. The few things in the kitchen that were serviceable had to be cleaned. Normally, we'd just shrug and try to recover the holiday, but the big issue was that sewage backed up into the apartment whenever the bathtub would drain. As a result the bathroom/toilet was unserviceable - we let the hosts know immediately. Initially we got vague apologetic responses that indicated they were about to do something about it, but in the end they did not, and avoided discussion on how to resolve the issue... the issue of sewage being all over the apartment, making it uninhabitable. Tried to discuss it reasonably with them through several rounds, but they refused to refund or acknowledge how bad it was. They accused me of blackmailing when I suggested we get mediation from GNTO (the tourism ministry/consumer section). They then proceeded to blame us, said we flushed toilet paper - we hadn't and are well aware not to. Very upsetting experience. We found many really nice places to stay in Corfu and I think the difference - my advice to you - is to ensure they are licensed. Just ask for a EOT and AMA number before taking the plunge (no pun intended).

Very good communication with the owner. Met at the door by the owner, easy walking distance from the airport. We used apartment as an enroute stop.

Fantastic location on Garitsa Bay, easy 10” walk into Corfu town whilst living like a local, plenty of nearby food options, supermarket & swimming 🏊 in the bay etc etc Apartment was well appointed & fantastic host Filippos.

Close to the airport, walking distance to town and across the road from the water. View was magnificent. Communication with the host was excellent.

WiFi didn’t work very well.

Filippos was very nice and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and a great location.

Only 2 bedrooms and it was advertised as 3 but great location

Very convenient location. Great view from the window. You can get there on foot from the airport. We were met even from our rather late flight. Very comfortable accommodation for an overnight stay before a sailing cruise.
