The lifts are not working properly One of the lifts does not go to B1 and once it arrives its difficult to get another

I like the face that it was clean no coacroaches no flies it was spotless

I didn't like the fact that there were no extra tissues and something to clean the bath, so we had to use bathing cloth to clean the bath pls try to fix that

I liked the host and how everything was planned for us to have a lovely stay

The Carpets, bedding and the curtains are dirty, they need to work on washing and changing them
