Butas tinkamas trumpam apsistojimui – praleidome vieną naktį ir bendrai likome patenkinti. Viduje buvo pakankamai švaru, ramu, jokių pašalinių garsų ar kaimynų triukšmo netrukdė. Visi pagrindiniai įrenginiai veikė be problemų, todėl trumpam apsistojimui vieta tikrai tinkama.

Visgi yra keletas minusų, kuriuos sutvarkius patirtis būtų kur kas geresnė. Kaip jau minėta ir kituose atsiliepimuose, grindys labai girgžda – tai tikrai pastebima ir šiek tiek erzina. Taip pat nuolat bėgo vanduo iš klozeto bakelio, o tas garsas ypač naktį buvo gana trikdantis. Vienai nakčiai už tokią kainą tai tikrai nėra didelė problema, tačiau ilgesniam apsistojimui šie trūkumai tikrai pradėtų varginti.
