"Basic accommodation with limited cooking facilities which would be OK if it as cheaper."

Good location.

Cleanliness of the kitchen (oven trays were full of grease), kitchen knives were not sharp & no hot water from the taps, only from the shower. No instructions regarding recycling. Check the inside of the washing machine has been repaired & there are no sharp edges which damaged our clothes.
